Customer Value Management department is looking for an Investment & Strategy Specialist – Energy Solutions.

What you will do:

• Collaborates on the definition of guidelines and processes for approval and decision making of organic investments (energy and DG) within Client Solutions Iberia;
• Leads and coordinates organic and quasi-organic investments pricing and approvals within Client Solutions Iberia, with the view of taking a recommendation on the minimum required return for each type of project/risk;
• Project management of investment projects within Client Solutions Iberia, in coordination with various internal teams (Region IM&A, Risk and other departments);
• Build and review financial models for different product offerings and business development strategies, integrating scenario analysis and investment metrics;
• Support sales teams in client-facing negotiations by providing financial insights and model-based decision support;
• Leads transversal internal strategic projects, in coordination with various internal teams and external advisor, ranging from optimization of business segments portfolio, P&L efficiency and acceleration/turnaround business plans

What are we looking for:

• Master's in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in M&A, consulting or project management roles
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability and confidence to connect well with business partners, advisors and senior stakeholders;
• Strategic thinker, looking at the big picture and setting goals and objectives to develop and improve the business in a complex environment;
• Structured and analytical thinker, with ability to manage various projects in a quick-paced environment underpressure of deadlines and multiple priorities;
• Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation and preparation of strategic projects' documentation (e.g.presentations, transaction documentation, partnership agreements);
• Team player, resilient under pressure, and with strong professional ethics and integrity;
• Passionate, ambitious and fast learner, taking on responsibility and ownership with a strong drive for excellence;
• Open to new insights, accepts challenges and leads with positive energy
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a strong plus);
• Availability to travel on a regular basis.
