Global Strategic Accounts Lead

The Global Accounts department is looking to strengthen its team by hiring an Global Strategic Accounts Lead.
What you will do:
- Manage strategic multinational accounts across EDP geographies, ensuring coordinated engagement with global clients and strategic partners.
- Develop global account plans for selected multinational clients, identifying opportunities across countries, sites, and products.Build C-level commercial propositions that translate clients' decarbonization goals and energy needs into clear EDP value propositions.
- Coordinate cross-country and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and local market teams.
- Drive multi-product commercial opportunities across Solar DG, PPAs, storage, energy efficiency, e-mobility, flexibility, and other EDP Client Solutions offerings.
- Monitor market trends, client priorities, and competitor moves to inform account strategy, positioning, and commercial initiatives.
- Create global playbooks and best-practice sharing mechanisms to improve coordination, win rates, and scalability across markets.
- Support senior management decision-making on global accounts, strategic clients, and key Client Solutions growth initiatives.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Energy Management / Energy Systems or other related fields.
- More than 5 years of experience in developing and executing strategic account plans across multiple countries and business units
- Proven ability to identify and shape new initiatives in cross‑functional environments.
- Knowledge of energy markets and/or integrated energy solutions,
- Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international context
- Fluency in English
