Engineering Design Analyst

We are looking for an Engineering Design Analyst to join our team and contribute to the analysis, definition of connection conditions and assessment of different types of requests, ensuring effective operational coordination and continuous support to the team.
This role provides the opportunity to coordinate daily operational activities, monitor and follow up on BPO activities and manage priorities, while working closely with different areas of the organization and external entities to ensure effective communication and the timely resolution of ongoing matters.
What you will do
- Analyze, define connection conditions and assess different types of requests (PLIPs, PLURs, PMODs, PLEVs and PPOTs) requiring daily operational coordination.
- Monitor and follow up on BPO activities and manage priorities.
- Ensure continuous support to the team through priority alignment, clarification of questions, technical guidance and follow-up of incoming requests.
- Coordinate with different areas of the organization and external entities, ensuring effective communication and the timely resolution of ongoing matters.
- Act as a facilitator and point of connection between teams and the different entities involved.
- Contribute to mitigating constraints, anticipating risks and promoting operational efficiency.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.

- Results-oriented approach, with a focus on service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
