Energy Asset Analyst
The Networks Platform’s Op MC & Grid Department is intends to recruit an Energy Asset Analyst for the Models and Analytics area.

What you will do:
- OPTIMIZE ASSET MAINTENANCE PLANS: Analyze methodologies for prioritizing maintenance resources based on asset criticality and risk, aiming to maximize operational efficiency and reliability by optimizing maintenance plans.
- CREATE METHODOLOGIES FOR ASSET RELIABILITY ASSESSMENT AND IMPROVEMENT: Lead the coordination of advanced studies on asset performance, using statistical analyses to generate accurate reliability indicators. Propose solutions to enhance performance and extend the lifespan of assets.
- CREATE METHODOLOGIES TO EVALUATE AND MAXIMIZE ASSET PERFORMANCE: Ensure the development, in collaboration with other departments, of methodologies based on network sensor data (smart metering, ADMS, asset sensors, etc.) to identify investment needs or adjust maintenance strategies (networks with voltage/overload issues, networks with failure rates above the average, etc.).
- DEFINE ASSET DIGITALIZATION STRATEGIES: Design and implement digitalization strategies, identifying the necessary information to maximize asset reliability. Leverage emerging technologies for data collection and analysis.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Management Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or data science;
- Between 3 to 8 years' experience in a similar role;
- Skills related to processing large volumes of data, preferably in a Microsoft Azure environment, and assessing the condition of electrical grid assets are highly valued;
- Attention to detail, process-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and the ability to perform under pressure are critical competencies for this role.
