The Networks Platform’s Strategy Department is intends to recruit a Strategy Senior Analyst. The EDP Networks Platform Strategy Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in driving group-wide platform strategy by conducting detailed market analyses, monitoring industry trends, and coordinating strategic initiatives across the Networks Platform. This position requires a solid understanding of strategic principles and the ability to participate in different projects.

What you will do:

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize market intelligence to support strategic reviews and decision-making;
  • Identify and analyze major trends in society, economy, technology, and policy, and derive strategic implications for the network;
  • Work closely with the Regulation team to translate regulatory findings into actionable business insights;
  • Monitor and analyze the strategies, commitments, and performance of comparable players in the Networks sector;
  • Maintain an up-to-date summary of the platform strategic narrative and ensure effective communication to key stakeholders;
  • Lead and coordinate regular reviews of the Strategic Action Plan with regional teams to optimize platform performance;
  • Define and report on key strategic indicators, ensuring accurate tracking of progress;
  • Conduct comprehensive economic analyses of high-value investment projects to forecast, evaluate, and guide profitability optimization;
  • Coordinate with Network Planning and FP&A teams to develop and maintain a CAPEX prioritization framework and investment policy;
  • Identify and assess new value creation opportunities, including through new business models and inorganic options;
  • Conduct consultant-style priority projects and ad-hoc analyses focused on finance and economics issues.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics or Engineering. MBA is a plus;
  • Between 3-8 years of experience in strategic planning, market analysis, or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Attention to detail, process-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and the ability to perform under pressure are critical competencies for this role.
