Distribution Analyst

What you will do:
You will be part of a team focused on energy data management, ensuring data quality, supporting system developments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Specify business requirements and perform acceptance testing for developments in energy data management systems
- Execute tasks related to the validation and provisioning of energy data
- Monitor validation and provisioning processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Analyze exceptions and identify anomalous patterns in energy data, categorizing identified scenarios
- Identify opportunities for improving existing processes and procedures
- Define process improvements and monitor the quality of work carried out by operational teams

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Management, or similar)
- Up to 2 years of professional experience
- Mandatory knowledge of the energy and/or electrical sector
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- Good command of MS Office tools
- Experience with agile methodologies (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, with a proactive and team-oriented approach
