Digital Delivery Senior Specialist

EDP Comercial is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Digital Delivery Senior Specialist.

What you will do:

• Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact strategic initiatives to improve B2B digital platforms and accelerate opportunity conversion
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into clear and executable roadmaps tailored to B2B customer needs
• Align and coordinate stakeholders across geographies and functions to ensure effective execution
• Act as a connective leader across Product, Sales, Design, Marketing, and Customer Care teams
• Lead and manage a team of Digital Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance
• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring accountability, speed, and quality of delivery
• Manage complex, multi-workstream programs with strong governance and escalation frameworks
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs to track B2B digital performance and business impact
• Prepare executive-level updates, business reviews, and performance reports
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance delivery efficiency and productivity

What are we looking for:

• 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Strong experience managing B2B digital platforms or products
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in B2B metrics and conversion funnels
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience leading or managing Business Analysts or similar roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex programs and work across multiple teams and geographies
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
