What you will do:
As a Digital Business Associate | Energy Efficiency, you will play a key role in shaping the residential segment customer experience and value proposition related to energy efficiency and the energy transition. You will be responsible for leading the definition, design and deployment of innovative data & analytics solutions that help customer be more efficient in the use of their energy. This includes but is not limited to:
•    Developing data-driven pipelines focused on business and client intelligence to enhance energy efficiency, such as consumption comparisons, energy use diagnostics, personalized recommendation models for behavioral changes, and product investment suggestions.
•    Building and monitoring a client engagement dashboard that tracks customer usage and the value derived from energy efficiency-focused functionalities in the EDP app. This will help refine business cases for further investments by EDP and support prioritization efforts.
•    Contributing to the development of a robust ecosystem of partners and commercial offers aimed at assisting customers in optimizing their energy consumption and reducing their ecological footprint.
•    Leading a key project within EDP Comercial digital strategy team, with the opportunity to influence the future direction of EDP's B2C platform.
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams, experts, and external partners to accelerate strategic priorities and ensure the successful development of the platform.

What are we looking for:
•    A strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree (pre-Bologna) or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience.
•    At least 4 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or corporate strategy, with exposure to multi-disciplinary project teams.
•    Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
•    Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a critical and constructive mindset.
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach problems with a structured thought process. A passion for challenging the status quo and proposing creative solutions.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
•    Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to lead and inspire multi-functional teams toward driving change.
•    Experience in business development or digital transformation projects is a plus.
