Debt Management and Reporting Specialist
The Department of Treasury of EDP GBS is looking to recruit a Debt Management and Reporting Specialist for the Financial Instruments Management area.

What you will do:
Operational and administrative management of the EDP Group's external and internal debt service, guarantees and similar products.
- Entering contract data and creating amortization plans;
- Updating and maintaining contract plans;
- Debt reclassification;
- Preparation of cash flow simulations;
- Validation of payment forecasts;
- Validating payment notifications and interacting with financial entities;
- Accounting for monthly movements related to financial contracts, analysis of accounts and accounting reclassifications;
- Control of accounting management of the EDP Group's financial and internal debt;
- Preparation of debt information;
- Registration of guarantees, according to their characterization and specificity, in the TMS;
- Daily control of bank statements and accounting for direct debit operations;
- Validation of invoices and bank calculations of commissions;
- Monthly closing process, validation of operations and specializations and monitoring of the quarterly invoicing process;
- Analyzing and responding to requests for clarification;
- Preparing audit and internal control information (SCIRF);
- Preparing weekly and monthly planning reports for guarantee contracts
- Reporting to the Holding Company and auditors on existing bank guarantee commitments for the purposes of drawing up the Annual Report and Accounts;
- Preparing and sending information to the Bank of Portugal on foreign transactions and operations of the group's companies based in Portugal.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or related areas, provided you have relevant experience for the position;
- Between 3 and 8 years of professional experience in financial areas;
- Knowledge of treasury tools is valued;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with an emphasis on Spanish;
- Proficiency in Office, with a good knowledge of SAP or Power BI;
- Problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills;
- Collaborative skills and resilience;
- Profile for performing operational activities.
