The Transformation and Automation team of Operations B2C intend to hire someone that fits the idea that data can change one's perception of how we face problems in the business.

What you will do:

Our team dedicates itself on data analytics and automation to bring forth new ideas and solutions for the business to improve the business KPIs. Working on an Agile framework our main initiatives are focused on: Data analytics on business process data to identify business gaps, in order to create new digital solutions to improve the status quo; Creation of algorithms to address new prediction models and other algorithms to support our Gen-AI initiatives; Creation of e2e automations to improve business processes and to connect the different digital business solutions. Main responsibilities:

 

  • Creation new prediction models and algorithms for Gen AI initiatives;
  • Data analytics on business data for pattern recognition to bring new ideas for the business;
  • Design and development of e2e automations to fill business gaps on the energy market;
  • Collaborate with the business teams, challenging the current methodologies for an increase on the digital culture in the Operations;
  • Work on a collaborative environment with the objective to create continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for:

  • Degree or master's on technological areas such as: Electrical and computer engineering, Applied Mathematics and Computation, Computer engineering, Data Science other degrees relevant to the role;
  • Minimum Professional experience of 5 years;
  • Technical expertise in:
    • Agile framework;
    • Python, PySpark, SQL (SQL Server, MySQL);
    • Power BI;
    • Azure and databricks.
  • English knowledge is mandatory;
  • Attention to detail, process-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and the ability to perform under pressure are critical competencies for this role.
