Data & Automation Engineer

What you will do:
We are building the next generation of intelligent automation in B2C segment combining data, AI and automation to redesign how business processes work end-to-end. This is not a traditional BI or RPA role. You will work hands-on with Generative AI, machine learning and data pipelines to create real, production-ready solutions that impact thousands of customers.
Applied AI & Machine Learning
• Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering and modern AI frameworks
• Develop ML models to optimize and automate business processes
Data & Analytics Engineering
• Build end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using multiple data sources
• Deliver actionable insights and tools to improve operational efficiency
• Develop data-driven applications for the B2C segment
Automation & Process Innovation
• Design end-to-end automations integrating AI, data and business systems
• Develop solutions using tools like chatbots, APIs and workflow automation
Collaboration & Impact
• Work directly with business teams to identify high-impact use cases
• Translate real-world problems into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are usable, maintainable and adopted

What are we looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Data, AI or Software Engineering
- Degree or master’s on technological areas such as: Electrical and computer engineering, Applied Mathematics and Computation, Computer engineering, Data Science other degrees relevant to the role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with data platforms (Azure, Databricks)
- Solid understanding of data pipelines and analytics
- Interest or experience in Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering)
Nice to have:
- Power BI / Domo
- RPA tools (e.g. UiPath)
- Experience working in Agile teams
