What you will do:

Provide support to Planning and Management Control activities, with a particular focus on:

  • budgeting and preparation of the Business Plan;
  • monthly financial close processes;
  • run product costing models and support cost transparency.
  • manage reporting to the Planning & Control function and to external stakeholders;
  • prepare performance monitoring reports and analysis of budget variances;
  • automate manual processes using available tools, partnering with operational and technology teams to drive efficiency and improve the reliability of management information and
  • monitor key cost-reduction initiatives within the Directorate that support the organisation's budgetary objectives.

Support Contract Management and Contract Execution activities, including:

  • ensure compliance with contractual terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer care contracts;
  • monitor, report and review of key contract performance indicators, including financial analysis;
  • pricing definition and review; and
  • analyse contractual change requests and development of proposals to amend existing contractual arrangements.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent;
  • Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in planning and control and in financial areas;
  • Experience in consulting, financial auditing, or equivalent areas within industry (financial departments) is also valued.
  • Strong results orientation, continuous improvement mindset, and value-creation focus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (mandatory), and PowerBI (preferred).
  • Fluency in portugues and english
