Customer Operations Analyst

What you will do:
- Support operational management and the monitoring of customer payments across different collection methods, as well as the control of outstanding debt, contributing to continuous process improvement through the use of analytical tools, coordination with suppliers, and cross-functional collaboration with other areas of the company.
- Manage and monitor customer payments through various collection methods.
- Analyze and control outstanding debt, supporting its proper recovery and resolution.
- Provide support for dunning processes, supply disconnections and reconnections, and contract termination procedures.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external suppliers (BPOs, external collection agencies, specialized service providers).
- Collaborate on data analytics initiatives to analyze payment behavior and customer segmentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, automation (RPA), and operational efficiency projects.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the area of: Management, Business Management or similar- Information Systems Management, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar- Information Systems Engineering or similar - another area provided that you have relevant experience for the position.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (SAS, SQL Server, MySQL, Power BI, among others)
- Experience in backoffice operations, billing, or financial process management in energy retail.
- Experience in project and initiative management (PMO)
- Process and business cycle improvement methodology
- Agile methodology
- Microsoft Office
- English
