The Clients Solutions Platform is intending to recruit a Client Solutions: Strategy and Development for the Global Accounts & Commercial Excellence departament.

What you will do:

This professional will be tasked with developing and progressing strategic and commercial initiatives within the Client Solution platform, covering all elements of commercial strategy and delivery of EDP's products and services globally.

While the duties of this role may change according to business needs, the typical primary responsibilities include:

  • Support on the definition of EDP's commercial strategy across products (e.g., renewable PPAs, solar DG, retail power) and geographies;
  • Lead and support strategic commercial projects (e.g., new product launch, channel performance assessment) in coordination with EDP's personnel in the Regions;
  • Lead the structuring, and financial modeling of Solar DG's global clients' projects, contributing to the maximization of commercial results, in line with the strategic priorities defined by EDP;
  • Support the identification and generation of global client leads in line with the strategic priorities defined for the Customer Solutions platform and for the EDP Group in general;
  • Manage client relationship with some of EDP's global clients ensuring a coordinated support from all EDP's delivery teams across regions;
  • Structure problems, identify innovative approaches and ensure delivery of project outcomes;
  • Ensure and promote the involvement and alignment of the various project stakeholders

What are we looking for:

  • Degree or master's in Management or others relevant to the role;
  • Between 3 and 8 years of professional experience in a fast-paced working environment (e.g., consulting, banking, PE) and/or stakeholder management C-level, purchasing departments and/or M&A/banking advisors...);
  • Experience in the creation of business models (strategic plans, budgets, profitability models, etc.);
  • Advanced office user, knowledge, and use of Power Point for the creation of C-level presentations;
  • English and Portuguese (preferred) working proficiency;
  • Attention to detail, process-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and the ability to perform under pressure are critical competencies for this role.
