B2B Customer Invoicing & Process Optimization Specialist

The Clients Solutions Platform is intending to recruit a B2B Customer Invoicing & Process Optimization Specialist for the Invoicing & Measure Pt department.

What you will do:

• Support the definition and implementation of action plans and specific initiatives to optimize B2B Customer Invoicing & Measure processes;
• Contribute to the strategic management of the B2B Commercial Operations Area, namely through the monitoring of performance;
• Support the external activity and track de performance of the Business Process Outsourcing Team;
• Contribute to the identification and specification of partial of partial or total automation of business processes;
• Manage customer relationships in the context of commercial cycle.

Work site: Hybrid Model

Work Place: Lisbon or Porto

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or any other field as long as relevant experience for the role;
• Up to 4 years of professional experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year);
• Experience in operations management and/ or knowledge of the utilities market, is valued;
• Proficiency in Office tool;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), with knowledge of Spanish being a plus;
• Ability to stay focused in high-pressure environment and attention to detail;
• High level of autonomy and responsibility.
