Client Solutions Assets & Investments department is looking for an Asset Operations Strategy Lead

 

What you will do:

  • Coordinates the definition of the Asset Operations Strategy for Solar DG and Mobility in Iberia
  • Owns the P&L of the assets in Iberia managing Revenue Assurance and the O&M budget to target enhanced business profitability and identifying key value drivers to improve bottom line.
  • Leads strategic initiatives in coordination with various internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Supports different businesses and geographies in Iberia Asset Operations to ensure that we benefit from economies of scale acting as focal point to other internal teams.
  • Promotes the implementation of strategic, organizational and operational projects
  • Provides support to the Assets & Investments Head to ensure the alignment of such initiatives with the company strategy and needs.

Work site: Hybrid Model

Location: Lisbon or Madrid

 

What are we looking for:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering,
  • Professional experience up to 5 years in consulting, engineering, financial, strategic, or project management roles and working in multi-project and multi-disciplinary teams,
  • Previous professional experience and knowledge of the energy industry.
  • Knowledge in PowerBI (ability to analyse data and prepare reports).
  • Spanish and Portuguese
  • Knowledge in Office 365.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Passionate, ambitious and fast learner, taking on responsibility and ownership with a strong drive for excellence;
  • Teamwork skills, proactivity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Availability to travel regularly
