MAIN FUNCTIONS

 

Assisting in day-to-day Business Development activities for EDPR UK’s onshore wind, solar and BESS development portfolio including:

 

  • Support of origination and site selection process and related activities.
  • Undertaking comprehensive due diligence of project’s documentation.
  • Filing, reporting, and maintaining project management tool data up to date.
  • Creating project requisitions and liaison with support teams to meet timescales.
  • Assisting with accounting and creation of purchase requisitions to appoint services.
  • Assisting with review and drafting of reports and documentation to support planning applications.
  • Attendance and support to meetings with consultants, public exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

 

QUALIFICATION (Engineer, Economics…)

 

Engineering, Environmental/EIA discipline

 

LANGUAGES

 

  • communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • in Spanish is a plus.

 

IT SKILLS

 

Microsoft Office MS Excel, Word, Power Point, & Project, CAD and GIS tools.

 

OTHER SKILLS

 

  • Management, ability to work to deadline, strong admin skills, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills.
  • to learn, interest in renewables, sustainability and climate change, appreciation for energy projects life cycle,
  • solver with strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative) with strong conceptual thinking
  • dynamic, forward thinking, innovative and agile; and comfortable working in a fast paced, adaptable environment.
  • awareness with consciousness of Health & Safety, time, cost.

 

WORKDAY

 

Monday to Friday, Full Time (35 hours per week)
