Service Contract Specialist

The Operational Management area of Networks Platform is looking to recruit a Service Contract Specialist.

What you will do:

• Managing the main Contracts and other Services of E-REDES throughout the contract's lifespan (identifying needs, drafting contractual documents, qualification systems, operational management, financial and technical monitoring), ensuring interaction with E-REDES' operational units;

·       Monitoring and ensuring compliance with contracted services' conditions;

·       Monitoring quality standards, execution deadlines, and service costs;

·       Creating conditions for continuous improvement of service provision, as well as its scope and suitability to needs;

·       Contributing to improving the quality, efficiency, and productivity of service providers.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, data or other relevant experience for the position.
• Between 1 and 5 years of professional experience in supplier contracting, process management, and knowledge in the field of construction and maintenance of distribution networks is valued.
• Working knowledge of information systems, especially reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, advanced Excel). Proficiency in Office 365, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to analyze and manage conflicts with suppliers. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with flexibility and proactivity.
• Proactivity and autonomy in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Analytical thinking to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting performance targets (SLAs, KPIs).
• Teamwork, working in collaboration with planning and operations teams.
• Adaptation to dynamic environments with regulatory complexity.
