A EMC MV/LV North da E-Redes Networks Plataform, que tem como missão Garantir a execução de obras de Pedidos de Ligação à Rede (MT/BT/IP), bem como, a construção das redes de distribuição MT, BT e IP, no âmbito do investimento Obrigatório, Estruturante e Corrente Programável, pretende reforçar a equipa na área de Obras – Coimbra:

Descritivo de funções:

Análise, acompanhamento e tratamento dos processos de Pedidos de Ligação / Desvios / Desligações e Religações de Clientes MT/BT, que visam:

• O tratamento do processo c/ base no domínio dos sistemas corporativos: Mobilidade, JUMP P15; SIT, PROGEST; e POWER BI´s, c/ vista à execução das obras / tratamento e evolução das OT´s "ordens de trabalho";
• Relações Comerciais, interação c/ Clientes MT e BT - Inicio de trabalhos, informação e tratamento de documentação e preparação do processo de ligação, que inclui o tratamento das ordens de trabalho/ordens de serviço em sintonia com o Despacho (Preparação e emissão de pedidos de indisponibilidade: Consignações e - sistema corporativo PGPI);
• Interação com Prestadores de Serviço - Análise, acompanhamento e gestão de prazos de execução, tratamento e seguimento das OT´s "ordens de trabalho" e apoio ao Prestador de Serviços;
• Interação com diversas entidades: Municípios, IP, DGEG, etc.. Tratamento de assuntos burocráticos por forma a dinamizar o processo;
• Tratamento de solicitações / reclamações de clientes e entidades - sistemas corporativos: JUMP P15 e P05, PROGEST e Rede Ativa "CRI".

Que tipo de perfil procuramos?

• Formação ao nível do 12º ano, preferencialmente Cursos Tecnológicos e Profissionais de Técnico operacional - relações comerciais/ligação clientes, Técnico de Instalações Elétricas, Redes Elétricas, Eletrotecnia, Eletrónica, Eletromecânica, Mecatrónica ou áreas afins;
• Experiência profissional entre 3 e 8 anos como quadro técnico em funções operacionais;
• Experiência na operação de Relações comerciais c/ diversos Stakeholders: Clientes, Entidades e Prestadores de Serviço, que englobam:
  • Conhecimento generalizado do processo de ligações à rede c/ boa aptidão de aprendizagem, privilegiando-se o domínio nos seguintes sistemas corporativos: JUMP; SIT; PROGEST; Mobilidade; PGPI; Rede Ativa e POWER BI´s;
  • Experiência na dinamização de processos: Análise, acompanhamento e gestão de dados/indicadores, em sintonia c/ os objetivos traçados, obrigando a uma interação constante c/ prestadores de serviço, clientes e entidades;
  • Conhecimento generalizado do sistema elétrico - Rede de Média e Baixa Tensão.
• Domínio dos conhecimentos básicos de navegação informática (Windows) e das ferramentas do Office;
• Residência em Portugal, de preferência na proximidade do local de trabalho;
• Foco no cliente, Agilidade e Rapidez, Resolução de Problemas, Autocontrolo/Autoconfiança e Orientação para o Processo, são competências determinantes para o desempenho da função.

The EMC MV/LV North of E-Redes Networks Plataform, whose mission is to Ensure the execution of Grid Connection Request works (MT/BT/IP), as well as the construction of MT, BT and IP distribution networks, within the scope of the Mandatory, Structuring and Programmable Current investment, intends, intends to reinforce the team in the Obras area – Coimbra:

Main responsibilities:

Analysis, monitoring, and handling of Connection Requests / Deviations / Disconnections and Reconnections processes for MV/LV Customers, which aim to:

• Handle the process through corporate systems: Mobility, JUMP P15; SIT, PROGEST; and POWER BI, with a view to executing works / handling and evolving Work Orders (OTs);
• Commercial Relations, interaction with MV and LV Customers - Start of works, information and handling of documentation, and preparation of the connection process, which includes handling work orders/service orders in coordination with Dispatch (Preparation and issuance of unavailability requests: Consignments and - corporate system PGPI);
• Interaction with Service Providers - Analysis, monitoring, and management of execution deadlines, handling and follow-up of electrical Work Orders (OTs), and support to the Service Provider;
• Interaction with various entities: Municipalities, IP, DGEG, etc. Handling bureaucratic matters to streamline the process;
• Handling customer and entity requests/complaints - corporate systems: JUMP P15 and P05, PROGEST, and Active Network "CRI".

Looking for people with the following requirements:

• Training at the 12th Year, Technological and Professional Courses in Operational Technician - commercial relations/customer connection, Electrical Installations Technician; Electrical Networks Technician and Electrical Installations, Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related areas;
• Professional experience between 3 and 8 years as a technical staff member in operational functions;
• Experience in operating Commercial Relations with various Stakeholders: Customers, Entities, and Service Providers, which include:
  • General knowledge of the network connection process with good learning aptitude, with a preference for mastery in the following corporate systems: JUMP; SIT; PROGEST; Mobility; PGPI; Active Network and POWER BI;
  • Experience in streamlining processes: Analysis, monitoring, and management of data/indicators, in line with the set objectives, requiring constant iteration with service providers, customers, and entities;
  • General knowledge of the electrical system - Medium and Low Voltage Network.
• Proficiency in basic computer navigation (Windows) and Office tools (mandatory);
• Residence in Portugal (mandatory), preferably near the workplace;
• Customer focus, Agility and Speed, Problem Solving, Self-control/Self-confidence and Process Orientation are decisive skills for the performance of the role.
