What you will do

Role Overview:

Support federal government affairs for EDP Renewables North America, working under the day‑to‑day direction of the Federal Affairs Lead and in coordination with the Senior Director of Government and Public Affairs. The Associate will contribute to the execution of the company’s policy analysis and advocacy agenda across North America, including the United States and Mexico, through research, coordination, drafting, and stakeholder engagement support.

Preferred location: Washington, DC.

Main responsibilities:

Support federal advocacy efforts by assisting with engagement before federal policymakers in the U.S. and Mexico, including the legislative and executive branches, under the direction of senior government affairs staff.
Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with offices of elected officials, relevant industry associations, allied non‑governmental organizations, and other key stakeholders.
Research, monitor, and analyze federal legislative and regulatory developments and assess potential implications for EDPR NA’s business activities in the U.S. and Mexico.
Track industry publications, mainstream media, and government communications to identify relevant policy and regulatory updates.
Prepare briefing materials, background research, meeting summaries, and follow‑up communications for use by the federal affairs team.
Draft internal policy updates and summaries for review by senior government affairs leadership, including assessments of proposed and enacted legislative and regulatory actions.
Support the execution of the company’s federal policy and advocacy strategy, including timelines, stakeholder tracking, and coordination with internal teams, consultants, lobbyists, and trade associations.
Assist with conference participation, public forums, and government hearings, including preparation and logistics.
Support the federal affairs team on broader legislative and regulatory initiatives as needed.
Support the government affairs team in administrative and compliance‑related aspects of managing the EDPR NA Political Action Committee (PAC).
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What are we looking for

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in political science, public policy, economics, or a related field required; advanced degree acceptable but not required.
At least three years of experience in policy analysis, government affairs, political research, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in federal policy and the clean energy sector; prior exposure to renewable energy policy is a plus.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common productivity tools.
Ability to synthesize complex policy information clearly and concisely.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

What you will do:

As a Health & Safety Associate at EDP SA Spain, you will be responsible for,

General responsibilities:

Workplace Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and document occupational risks (physical, chemical, ergonomic, psychosocial, etc.).

Solar Site Lead Tech (Jerseyville, IL, US)

What you will do

Role Overview:

The Solar Site Lead Technician will be responsible for the on-site operations, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of solar field equipment at EDPR NA’s operating solar-energy generation site. You will also perform Lock out Tag out (LOTO), Tail Board meetings, and job-specific documentation that is required to conduct solar maintenance in the safest manner possible. Additionally, you will perform inspections of equipment, tools, and facility for compliance with EDPR’s policy and Governmental Safety and Environmental regulations. It is necessary for this person to be a self-motivator who can lead a team to conduct small corrective repairs and execute EDPR’s solar maintenance strategy.

Main responsibilities:

-Ensure proper operation and maintenance of solar field equipment and associated solar plant components including inverters, tracker systems, transformers, PV panels, substations, switchgears, access roads, fences, and security systems
-Supervise a team of 1 to 4 technicians to execute preventative and corrective maintenance
-Proactively look for improvement opportunities to job-appropriate processes and procedures and communicate through appropriate channels to implement improvements using the Management of Change Protocols
-Read schematics in order to troubleshoot complicated mechanical and electrical, problems with inverters, tracker control systems, PV panels, and components
-Perform mechanical and electrical component repair and replacement of parts to correct malfunctions in accordance with all pertinent manufacturers' requirements
-Effectively gather information regarding solar performance/issues
-Diagnose, recommend, and implement solutions up to intermediate routine issues
-Seek assistance when encountering issues outside the trained skill level to ensure success in the resolution
-Comply with all pertinent environmental health and safety programs
-Act as a safety role model by encouraging and recognizing others completing safe acts and intervening when unsafe acts are being practiced
-Identify gaps in safety standards and safety risks in the environment
-Implement effective risk mitigation and provide recommendations to higher-level technical staff and management
-Promote integrity, strong initiative, and a no-compromise focus on safety and quality of work on a continuous basis
-Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with OEM maintenance manuals
-Perform data collection and prepare reports in order to meet reporting requirements
-Work with and respond to EDPRs Remote Operations Control Center when necessary
-Perform QA/QC inspections in accordance with applicable SOP
-Ensure that reliable electronic communication is maintained between the solar field, substation, site office, and home office
-Facilitate periodic equipment inspections and reporting
-Document all work performed using computer-based service reporting procedures (SAP)
-Adhere to effective internal controls
-Supervise contractors onsite to ensure compliance with all EDPR’s policies and procedures
-Additional duties as required

Salary hiring range: $71,440 - $89,300
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of many compensation, benefits, and other reward opportunities we provide. Role Overview:

Exciting entry-level position, the Wind Technician I is an essential member of the Wind Farm that is responsible for the on-site operations, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of equipment at one of EDPR NA’s wind-energy generation sites. Tasks include but are not limited to completing Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), Tail Board, and documentation that is necessary to support wind turbine maintenance safely.  This team member will also conduct inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities for compliance with EDPR policies, governmental safety guidelines, and environmental regulations. What you will do:

Guarantee the correct operation of the renewable power plants, by supervision, remote operation, coordination of works and operations, monitoring of forecast programs, in accordance with the department's guidelines and occupational hazard prevention and environmental / regulatory standards, in order to guarantee the maximum availability and efficiency of the installations and maximum use of the renewable energy resources.

1. SUPERVISION, REMOTE CONTROL AND DISPATCH OF RENEWABLE POWER PLANTS – Monitor real-time control operations (24x7) and performance of renewable power plants; real-time performance analysis; take notes; act on stoppages, curtailment and electrical orders; perform real time remote commands in power plants; issue work orders, guaranteeing optimum security conditions, with the collaboration of O&M management and/or the power plant on-site personnel; follow the execution of the aforementioned tasks.

COORDINATION WITH EXTERNAL DISPATCH CENTERS – Answer to calls from system operators and maintain a permanent link with other dispatch centres, distributors and transmissions system operators, in order to coordinate and/or guide the operations, procedures and dispatch processes, in the network and power plants. Ensure safe assets operation according to standard operating procedures and external regulations.

3. EXTERNAL INTERACTION – Guarantee the continuous exchange of information with system operators (transmission and distribution), OEM remote control centres, production forecast centers, market operators (trading and electricity markets) and off-takers. Verify production forecasts and incidents in real-time, in order to adapt market programs and minimize deviations.

4. INTERNAL INTERACTION – Collaborate with the O&M teams in the identification and communication of incidents and faults, electrical restrictions imposed by the transmission system operators and provide energy production forecasts.

5. OPERATIONAL TOOLS – Perform SCADA system connection/control tests in the power plants and substation automated systems, communication systems and all relevant software for the operation of the power plants, in order to guarantee that the assets are correctly operated. Inform RODC supervisor about the faults and system downtime.

6. COMMUNICATION WITH THIRD PARTIES – Ensure the availability of required information and represent the RODC when dealing with external entities, in order to protect EDPR’s interests, consolidate its image and develop positive working relationships with institutions, while guaranteeing the acquisition and retention of specific knowledge and expertise.

7. COMPANY POLICY AND COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS – Know and apply the occupational hazard, environmental and quality plans to ensure that they will be applied and complied with. Guarantee compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements in relation to the activities performed.

What you will do:

Role Summary:

What are we looking for

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school education preferred
The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical background, specifically gearing-related.
1 – 2 years relevant experience in wind energy or a related industry (preferred)
Understanding of Microsoft products and complementing products
Experience with power plant operations and maintenance, wind plant operations and turbines (including turbine power converters specifically), high voltage switching, and post-operational repair and maintenance of turbines (preferred)
Familiarity with maintenance and electronic testing equipment (e.g., voltage testers, amp clamps, hydraulic torque equipment, alignment tools, various hand, and power tools) and with heavy equipment required for facility maintenance including working knowledge of crane and rigging requirements (preferred)

What you will do

Role Overview:

The Battery Energy Storage, Lead Engineer is responsible for supporting energy storage project development, contracting, and construction phases for EDPR utility-scale renewable (PV/wind) + storage and stand-alone storage projects. The person in this role will support the technical analysis of projects during the prospecting and due diligence phases of the development cycle and will be responsible for the engineering design of the storage plants, including pre-design, basic design, tendering documentation and detailed design to guarantee the cost optimization, compliance with deadlines and quality requirements of the projected assets.

Main responsibilities:

Determine optimal energy storage system sizing based on technology, costs, application, contract structure, and other applicable constraints in coordination with the renewable asset design. Perform energy storage degradation and augmentation modeling for multiple technologies in coordination and iteration with various use cases based on OEM guidelines.
Conceptually design utility-scale energy storage systems and renewable assets + storage that maximized value for the lifetime cost of the system in coordination with the Energy Storage Analytics Department and other Technology Units.
Draft preliminary SLD and Layouts based on OEM Specs & Local requirements.
Provide the energy storage plant detailed inputs to CapEx Estimation, OPEX, Energy Assessment, and IM&A models
Ability to manage the relationship & early design work with external counterparties & selection of external engineering companies.
Knowledge with Fire Safety Codes, Permitting & Fire Detection measures for Battery Storage Projects.
Perform energy storage degradation and augmentation modeling for multiple technologies in coordination and iteration with various use cases based on OEM guidelines.
Coordinate the preparation of technical packages of the Balance of System (BOS) of BESS, , DC, AC low voltage, MV electrical designs, and communications and control system design, for the energy storage plants, ensuring compliance with the conditions established by the business units, other technical departments or external agents & offtake agreements
Review and evaluation of the EPC bidder’s proposals pertaining to energy storage during the course of EPC selection.
Support the Procurement process during negotiation of the technical terms and exhibits of the BESS Contracts, for Capital Equipment and Balance of System, in coordination with other teams.
Support the Standardization Department in the preparation of the technical specifications for BESS.
Perform & Assist other Technology Units with technical vendor reviews and qualifications.
Support the Construction & PMO teams during the execution phase of the projects. Assist in the evaluation and resolution of any proposed modifications of the final engineering project raised during the construction phase, in line with the technical standards of the project.
Review the Detailed Design performed by the EPC contractor during the Construction phase, ensuring compliance with the design criteria, technical specifications, and other technical exhibits included in the Contract.
Support & Collaborate with project teams throughout development, execution, Factory Acceptance Test of the Capital Equipment, commissioning, and final testing.
Coordinate and manage the interface between IEs, OEMs, EPCs, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with other functions in commercial & financial decision making.
Communicate information continuously and effectively to cross-functional teams.
Perform due diligence & manage the interface with OEM, EMS provider or BESS integrator to make sure Company specification & other contractual obligations. BESS SCADA knowledge will be highly rated.

Provide support for M&A transactions in Japan, including deal structuring (share/asset deals, TKGK and JV structures) and review of transaction documents from a Japanese law perspective, providing assistance in legal due diligence, management of signing, closing and post-closing integration matters and required filings and notifications (e.g. FEFTA, METI, BOJ reporting and other sector-specific approvals), by working closely with in-house M&A Counsel and external counsel and coordinating with relevant authorities.
Represent the department as required in liaison with the Country Manager / Business Development Units and other relevant support units such as Finance, Corporate Finance, Accounts, FP&A, Asset Management Office, Engineering and Procurement office, Operations and Maintenance Unit, etc.
Anticipate and manage any legal risks connected with or resulting from business strategy and operations.

Requirements:

What you will do

Role Overview:

The Solar FST I will be responsible for the on-site operations, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of equipment at one of EDPR NA’s operating solar generation sites. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to completing Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), Tail Board, and job specific documentation that is required to conduct PV solar system maintenance in the safest manner possible. WIND TECHNICIAN II (Payne, OH, US)

What you will do

Role Overview:

Main responsibilities:

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of wind turbines and associated wind plant equipment, including substation and tower switchgear
Proactively look for improvement opportunities to job appropriate processes and procedures
Communicate through appropriate channels or implement improvements using the appropriate control management protocol
Seek assistance when encountering turbine issues outside the trained skill level to ensure success in resolution
Comply with all pertinent environmental health and safety programs and act as a safety role model

What are we looking for

Minimum Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
1+ years of college or technical school education, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
2 – 5 years of relevant experience in wind energy or a related industry.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office software, SQL server software, facility management and reporting systems, and computerized diagnostics and troubleshooting tools
Familiarity with maintenance and electronic testing equipment (e.g., voltage testers, amp clamps, oscilloscopes, megohmmeters, infrared testers, hydraulic torque equipment, alignment tools, various hand and power tools, and heavy equipment required for facility maintenance)
Working knowledge of crane and rigging requirements
Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products (preferred)
Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise (preferred)
Experience with power plant operations and maintenance, wind plant operations and turbines (including turbine power converters specifically), high voltage switching, and post-operational repair and maintenance of turbines (preferred)

What you will do

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee operations and maintenance activities of EDPR’s wind power generation facilities and lead daily ownership representation.

Main responsibilities:

Manage all operations and maintenance activities for balance-of-plant (BOP) assets within established operating guidelines for projects 100 – 400 megawatts in size
• Interface with local communities to establish and maintain rapport
• Oversee the designated facilities’ operations, maintenance-related contracts, and agreements for sites under warranty
• Manage turbine operations and maintenance for sites off-warranty

What you will do:

The role is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of Distributed Generation assets in Singapore, with a focus on special projects.

This is a technical and site coordination role, requiring hands-on support in asset monitoring, maintenance execution, HSE documentation, contractor coordination, inventory management, quality checks, and stakeholder coordination. 1. DG Asset Operations & Monitoring

Monitor asset operations to ensure systems are operating within expected technical and performance conditions.
Track asset availability, generation output, alarms, equipment condition, and key operating parameters.
Identify operational issues, underperformance, or equipment abnormalities and escalate where required.
Support implementation of maintenance policies and standards to optimise asset performance, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

2. Maintenance Planning & Site Execution

Coordinate and implement O&M procedures and standard maintenance plans with internal teams and service contractors.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely and safe completion of works.
Liaise with HSE officers, subcontractors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders for work execution.
Prepare HSE and work execution documents, including risk assessments, method statements, work instructions, and permit-related documentation.
Ensure maintenance works are carried out in accordance with company standards, site requirements, and safety procedures.

3. Contractor, Inventory & Warranty Support

Coordinate with service contractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed according to agreed scope, timeline, quality, and safety requirements.
Manage O&M inventory to ensure critical spare parts, equipment, and materials are available when required.
Provide relevant technical inputs to the Back Office team and Cluster Leads for equipment warranty claims.
Support tracking of contractor deliverables, maintenance records, spare parts usage, and site documentation.

4. Quality, Compliance & Project Support

Conduct quality assurance and quality checks on ongoing works to ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
Support testing and commissioning activities for newly installed or modified assets.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations under the supervision of the Asset Manager and Cluster Lead.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and asset performance.

5. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

Maintain regular engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, site representatives, and asset management teams.
Prepare maintenance updates, site reports, action trackers, and operational documentation.
Support other Asset Operations activities, special projects, or assignments as required by management.

Legal Counsel, Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh, VN)

Role Summary:

As a Legal Counsel, you will support all legal matters related to project development, commercial transactions, and compliance for the Company’s operating solar farm and operating solar rooftop assets in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory

Provide day-to-day legal advice on project development, investment, construction, commercial, permitting and regulatory issues in Vietnam.
Monitor key legal and regulatory developments related to renewable energy across Vietnam.

Contractual Matters

Draft, review, translate (in English/Vietnamese) and negotiate a variety of contracts including, without being limited to, ELAs, PPAs, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, lease or land agreements services agreements and other key commercial of financing documentation. This includes participation in and lead in negotiations with customers or other counterparties, as well as analysis of contracts to identify potential risks and liabilities.
Provide support and advice related to various contractual issues to all concerned departments (Business Development, Engineering, Construction, Asset Management etc.).

Permitting & Regulatory Compliance

Guide legal processes for obtaining project licenses, including but not limited to investment policy approvals, feasibility studies, master planning, construction permits, environmental approvals, land use approvals and certificates, and grid-connection agreements.
Draft and review periodical reports, explanation reports, project-related letters, required documents for being granted the project's permit/licenses.
Advise on compliance with Vietnamese investment, construction, electricity, and environmental laws, and support related applications.
Engage as and if necessary, with authorities and regulatory bodies to facilitate approvals and keep statutory documentation up to date.

Corporate compliance

Assist and liaise, where necessary, with corporate secretary (of any) or other stakeholders to ensure all entities in Vietnam comply with legal requirements for mandatory filings, board and shareholders meetings when required.
Provide advice or support as may be necessary in relation to the above.

Risk Management, Dispute Prevention & Resolution

Provide advice and support in litigation matters including contract disputes, property disputes and regulatory challenges; develop and implement strategies for dispute resolution; track all open matters and follow-up with the relevant person in charge to close such matters.
In particular, identify legal risks early and develop mitigation strategies across project execution phases.
In the event of disputes or claims (e.g., contractor performance, delays), coordinate internal strategy and engage external legal counsel.

Others

Provide support for M&A opportunities, by working closely with in-house M&A Counsel and external counsel.
Plan, implement, monitor and report on assigned tasks.
Achieve the job targets and/or key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned by the Company from time to time.
Liaise with internal teams and external counsel to ensure delivering high-quality legal services in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Vietnamese Law.
5+ years of legal experience, combining law firm and/ in-house counsel roles, ideally with a focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, or major commercial projects.
Proven experience with ELAs/PPAs, EPC/O&M contracts, permitting, and commercial legal negotiation in Vietnam.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to energy projects.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Lo que harás:

Responsable de proyectos y obras singulares, ya sean nuevas instalaciones, ampliaciones o reformas de cualquier tipo que se considere singular,

Receber e analisar instruções do Operador do Sistema — REN — e definir, para cada central, as instruções operacionais a implementar, assegurando o despacho em tempo real dos ativos de geração;
Articular com stakeholders internos — por exemplo, CTCH, centrais térmicas e despacho renovável — ou externos — por exemplo, APDL —, de forma a garantir o alinhamento dos programas e o cumprimento das instruções da REN e dos compromissos da EDP;
Monitorizar a produção do portefólio de ativos da empresa, com o objetivo de otimizar a geração e reduzir penalizações por desvios no mercado;
No contexto da redução de desvios, as alterações de mercado relacionadas com o novo mercado mFRR exigem agora o controlo da geração em cada intervalo de 15 minutos, aumentando significativamente a responsabilidade da função e exigindo atenção constante ao longo do período de turno;
Gerir a variabilidade das operações de mercado associadas a novas centrais eólicas e solares em Portugal, bem como a sistemas de armazenamento de energia por baterias;
Participar na avaliação de estratégias de curto prazo em conjunto com a equipa de mercado, assegurando o desempenho ótimo nos mercados de energia — OMIE — e nos mercados de serviços de sistema — REN — para os ativos de geração geridos pela empresa em Portugal;
Participar na coordenação dos turnos de trabalho entre equipas operacionais, de modo a assegurar a continuidade das operações de mercado 24/7;

What you will do:

Responsibilities

Carrying out 3D modelling with software such as Sketchup etc.

What you will do:

The Asset Management Senior Associate will support the commercial oversight for operating assets in the assigned region (between 800 and 2000 MW) and ensure all commercial and governmental obligations are met. You will plan and track asset budgets, develop market knowledge and oversee performance. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the management of commercial relationship with turbine OEMs and O&M service providers and ensuring that the operations strategy and management framework developed by the Asset Management team is implemented consistently across assigned projects.

Oversee project profit & loss (P&L) activities for assigned assets, identify gaps and provide recommendations to address
Support the development of project-level annual budgets and creation of longer-term business plans in collaboration with other Asset Operations groups
Performs budget analyses (such as variance report and reforecast) for the assigned assets and provide explanations regarding financial and operation performance of assigned assets. Update operational financial estimates on an on-going basis in collaboration with Operations and Finance
Facilitate Service Agreements and support execution of contracts by working with Procurement and Legal
Interface with Operations, Performance Management, turbine original equipment manufacturers, and service providers on routine operational issues and on initiatives in an effort to increase operational and financial performance and reduce risk exposure
Support commercial effort towards resolution of significant agreement issues that stem from the operation of the project (e.g., equipment warranties, O&M disputes and performance metrics, landowner agreements, PPAs, interconnection agreements, and others)
Lead and participate in cross functional teams to resolve material issues affecting operational projects
Drive initiatives across the portfolio in an effort to improve fleet performance by facilitating solutions with input from other groups in the company; track execution of solutions
Perform ad-hoc analyses of the historical and forward-looking performance of the asset. Support Performance Management in creation of business cases to management
Track and manage obligations and activities to ensure commercial and governmental obligations are met by tracking key milestones within the major agreements (e.g., turbine supply, O&M, PPA, tax equity, landowner, and interconnection)
Contribute in developing and refining operational strategies
Work with other Asset Management staff and accounting personnel to ensure reporting obligations are met in a timely manner
Track and manage obligations and activities related to bringing new projects from construction into operations, including PPA, LGIA, ISO and other requirements)
Meet reporting obligations to financing entities by providing necessary commentary and reports as required under the company’s financing obligations. Interface with Portfolio Management on matters impacting the performance of the assigned assets
Create and develop market knowledge
Communicate with various market balancing authorities as needed
Notify relevant staff and help to resolve issues when milestones are delinquent, or a trigger event has occurred
Collaborate with other staff to ensure that proper asset management processes and tasks are in place in order to improve overall facility performance and limit risk exposure

Summary

The Plant Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation and maintenance of assigned solar assets in Vietnam. The role ensures that plant operations, maintenance activities, contractor performance, safety standards, and technical reporting are managed effectively in line with company standards, regulatory requirements, and asset performance objectives.

This is a technical role, requiring strong knowledge of solar PV operations, electrical systems, O&M practices, contractor coordination, and site-level problem solving.

Responsibilities

1. Plant Operations & Maintenance

Manage overall daily on-site activities and operational matters for assigned solar assets
Provide regular updates and reports to manager and other stakeholders on plant status, site activities, contractor performance, and operational matters.
Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance activities for assigned solar assets.
Monitor plant performance, equipment condition, availability, generation output, and key operating parameters.
Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities with O&M contractors.
Ensure O&M procedures, maintenance plans, and technical standards are properly implemented on site.
Identify equipment issues, recurring failures, and areas for technical improvement.

2. Contractor & Site Coordination

Coordinate with service contractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Review contractor work progress, technical reports, maintenance records, and site execution quality.
Support troubleshooting of technical issues involving PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, electrical systems, grid interface, and monitoring systems.
Mobilise site resources where required to support urgent operational or technical matters.
Act as the site coordination point between contractors, internal teams, managers, and relevant stakeholders.

3. Performance Improvement & Reporting

Analyse plant performance data and support improvement actions to maximise asset availability, generation, and efficiency.
Provide technical input for root cause analysis, incident investigation, and defect rectification.
Support optimisation of maintenance activities to balance performance, risk, cost, and asset lifecycle considerations.
Provide input for O&M budget preparation, cost tracking, maintenance planning, and operational reporting.
Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, technical findings, and improvement actions.
Prepare and submit timely operational updates, reports, and documentation as required by the manager and internal stakeholders.
Ensure relevant managers and stakeholders are kept informed of key site developments, performance issues, and required decisions.

4. HSE, Compliance & Stakeholder Management

Ensure site activities comply with company HSE requirements, local regulations, and applicable technical standards.
Support safety procedures, risk assessments, permit-to-work processes, and contractor safety compliance.
Maintain working relationships with local stakeholders, contractors, authorities, grid operators, and relevant external parties.
Support other Asset Operations activities or additional assignments as required by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of renewable energy, power generation, electrical systems, or utility-scale solar assets.
Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, inverters, transformers, switchgear, electrical systems, grid connection, monitoring systems, and O&M practices.
Experience working with O&M contractors, service providers, local authorities, and energy operators.
Ability to analyse plant performance, operating parameters, technical issues, and maintenance data.
Good coordination, problem-solving, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
