Key Account Manager (Milan)

What you will do:

Lead and manage commercial initiatives with industrial and large commercial clients, expanding the company’s presence in the Italian energy market by developing and delivering tailored renewable energy solutions that align with clients’ decarbonization and efficiency objectives, while ensuring strong financial performance and operational excellence across the project lifecycle.

Develop and expand key client relationships, engaging directly with industrial decision-makers, procurement leaders, and energy managers to identify, structure, and deliver distributed generation solutions that support their strategic energy and sustainability objectives.
Drive opportunity development for on-site energy projects (e.g., Solar PV, BESS, heat electrification, energy efficiency), ensuring full alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.
Lead commercial structuring and negotiation, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, legal, operations) to develop competitive, profitable, and compliant offers that balance client value and company returns, while continuously improving internal processes and client engagement practices.
Navigate the Italian regulatory environment, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of national and regional energy policies, permitting procedures, and grid connection requirements, and translating these into actionable insights that enhance project feasibility and return on investment.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and professional forums, strengthening brand visibility, market presence, and credibility within the Italian industrial energy ecosystem.

What are we looking for

Academic Skills:

University Degree and Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields. Master’s degree and Project Management certification (PMP or Agile) will be valued.

Professional Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B energy or an equivalent industrial business development role.
Portfolio Management: Proven track record managing multinational clients with multi-country operations and high revenue impact. Proven sales track record, with evidence of account planning, pipeline management, and consistent achievement of commercial objectives.
Industry Exposure with experience in sectors with complex, global operations (e.g., technology, manufacturing, logistics, or consulting).
Experience working with industrial clients, with solid understanding of their operational and financial drivers.
Background in Solar DG, gas, or cogeneration is highly valued.
Exposure to the Italian regulatory landscape, including grid operators, permitting authorities, and public incentives and experience securing subsidies to enhance project viability is a strong plus.
Experience in EDP B2B sales

Specific Knowledge:

Microsoft Office suite
Strategic Account Management (SAMA or similar)
Project Management (PMP or Agile)
Financial Acumen: Understanding P\&L, pricing strategies, financial levers and ROI for large accounts.
CRM tools (Salesforce)
Fluency in Italian and English.

Government and Regulatory Affairs Associate (Multiple cities, US)

What you will do

Role Overview:

The person in this position will lead policy analysis and advocacy efforts on behalf of EDPR’s distributed solar, battery storage and community solar business (EDPR DG). The position will report directly to the Senior Director of Government and Public Affairs. The position will cover two main areas of responsibility. First, the Associate will be responsible for advancing EDPR DG’s interests through favorable policies developed at the state level in targeted DG markets across the United States. Such policies would expand market and commercial opportunities for EDPR DG, reduce impediments to the development of DG projects, and promote EDPR DG’s profitability. Second, the Associate will be responsible for advancing EDPR DG’s coverage of regulatory affairs, including retail and wholesale market design and transmission/interconnection, in DG markets. These activities will include engagement with relevant state Public Utilities Commissions (PUCs), interconnecting utilities, and regional transmission organizations (RTOs) and Independent System Operators (ISOs) in targeted markets across the United States. To develop favorable policies and prevent the adoption of unfavorable policies, the Associate will monitor and engage in legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts, which may include assisting in the drafting of favorable legislative and regulatory language, providing testimony before legislative or regulatory bodies, arranging meetings between key policymakers and EDPR executives, and other appropriate means. Where applicable, the Associate will engage with contract lobbyists retained by EDPR, and will represent EDPR in trade associations and other allied organizations to which the company belongs, including occupying leadership positions within those associations where possible. The Associate will also be tasked with developing political giving plans for the states in which EDPR DG is active, and with encouraging eligible colleagues to participate in the EDPR’s political action committee.The Associate will develop a solid understanding of EDPR’s distributed generation business model. In addition, this person will regularly engage with EDPR’s utility-scale government and public affairs teams, as well as with other teams within the company, including development, origination, environment, operations, transmission, marketing, communications, and any applicable department. The Associate will engage in regularly scheduled meetings and calls with EDPR’s distribution generation teams, as well as government and public affairs teams and other elements of the company and will provide regular oral and written reports on developments and activities within the states for which they are responsible.The Associate, along with peers in the department, will also help provide training to any colleagues within the company who have reason to interact with public officials, so that they have the tools to ensure those interactions are to EDPR’s benefit.

Main responsibilities:

- Represent EDPR DG in engaging with external consultants, public relations firms, lobbyists, trade associations, allied stakeholders, and others in building support for the company’s positions with elected and appointed officials, and other policy advocates and opinion leaders in the clean energy and climate advocacy community.
- Ensure EDPR DG and any lobbyists or consultants engaged by the company are in full and legal compliance with all requirements in the states for which the employee is responsible.
- Conduct research and analysis on markets, technologies, and policies to assist EDPR’s distributed generation strategy with respect to entering new geographic markets and new technology markets, and with respect to shaping and advocating for new policy initiatives.
- Offer pro-active and innovative ideas that advance EDPR DG’s interests and increase public and policymaker support for EDPR projects.
- Engage directly with utility staff to support the interconnection and value of EDPR assets in development or operations.
- Prepare and present communications to key personnel, including executive leadership, outlining the implications of the market and policy analysis you’ve prepared.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage and channel information and analysis to those for whom it is of strategic or tactical value.
- In addition to supporting EDPR’s distributed solar and battery energy storage efforts, provide assistance to EDPR’s other business lines when necessary, including utility scale renewable generation and energy storage.
- Additional duties as required.

What are we looking for

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Energy/Environmental Policy/Law, Journalism/Communications, or a comparable field.
3+ years of related professional experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other online tools
Competency in analytical problem solving; strong communication skills

TAX MANAGER (Munich, Germany)

What you will do:

EDP's European tax team is looking for a skilled new team member to play a critical role in ensuring the tax compliance, controlling, transaction structuring and optimization and strategic tax planning for EDP Group, focused on Germany. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, this department ensures proper tax compliance, manages tax risks, supports global business operations and transversal projects and drives digitalization and process optimization.

Tax compliance, reporting and accounting
• supervise and ultimately secure the tax compliance of the German entities, including calculation, preparation and submission of all direct and indirect taxes (CIT, VAT, WHT, property taxes, local taxes, etc.).• coordinate the work of the internal tax teams (e.g., shared service centre) and external service providers on tax matters.
• actively participate in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of the German companies according to German GAAP and IFRS.
• lead, monitor and control tax compliance, tax accounting and tax reporting activities within EDP Group in Germany.
• review of internal and external documents containing tax-relevant content.

Tax audits and risk management
• lead and plan of tax audits, tax claims and potential tax litigations, in coordination with the corporate team.
• evaluate of tax contingencies and opportunities.
• strategic planning and advice on any tax-related issues.

Operational tax support, planning and advisory
• provide tax advisory and technical support to different areas of the Group, handling and answering to information requirements from management, liaising with local tax advisors and corporate team if required.
• support with company-wide initiatives to achieve a sustainable effective tax rate and cash-tax expenditure and to increase EDP's tax efficiency
• identify legislative changes and new court case decisions and monitor their respective impact in the Group operations.

International tax aspects
• tax analysis of cross-border transactions.
• international tax structuring and optimization.
• support the preparation of the (local) transfer pricing documentation for the companies in the scope.
• tax compliance of foreign EDP entities locally (WHT, etc.).

M&A tax aspects
• secure and manage all tax matters in different M&A transactions mainly in Germany (e.g. acquisitions, disposals, mergers, etc.), including tax structuring, tax due diligence, review of legal documents, review of the financial model, together with advisors and corporate tax team, where required.

What are we looking for:

Required professional experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in the tax practice in Germany. Previous experience in Big Four firm, reputable law firm or in-house tax analyst of multinational company is a plus.

Languages: fluency in German and English.
IT Skills: Well-rounded MS Office computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP.

What you will do:

Lead and manage strategic commercial initiatives with multinational companies, expanding EDP’s global footprint by co-developing tailored renewable energy solutions that align with the Group’s strategic priorities and reinforce its position as a key partner in the global energy transition.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, development and cultivation of strategic partnerships with german multinational companies, positioning EDP as a trusted long-term collaborator in their global energy transition journey, orchestrating the efforts of different EDP geographies to ensure cohesive, aligned and high impact engagement with each partner

• Create and deliver C- level compelling propositions as basis for strategic energy transition-oriented decisions.

• Support the development of segmentation proposals, targeting, and strategic positioning within the scope of EDP solutions in various countries, prioritizing initiatives based on pain points, value creation potential, and customers’ priorities

• Ensure Executional Excellence in Germany by bringing hands-on experience in delivering energy solutions (e.g. Solar PV, BESS, EV…) projects for C&I clients in Germany, understanding project lifecycle risks, and proactively addressing permitting, construction, interconnection, and delivery bottlenecks to accelerate COD timelines.

What we are looking for:

• Experience between 2 and 6 years in projects with high strategic relevance and complex c-level stakeholder management (Energy consulting, Energy procurement or corporate sustainability teams in large multinational companies or Strategy & Transformation teams).

• Demonstrated project delivery experience in energy solutions for Commercial & Industrial clients in Germany, including knowledge of typical execution challenges and mitigation strategies.

• Experience navigating the German regulatory landscape, including interactions with grid operators and permitting authorities, as well as applying for and securing public subsidies and incentives to enhance project viability will be considered a strong plus.

• Strong executive presence and presentation / facilitation skills, comfortable collaborating with and presenting to C-suite executives, including poised, confident objection handling abilities

• Curiosity, entrepreneurial self-starter with high level of self-initiative, and comfortable in working in dynamic, matrixed environments, coordinating across diverse geographies and internal teams.

El departamento de Development, Access & Customer Management busca un Técnico/a Superior En Demanda Y Conexión A La Red.

Lo que harás:

Asegurar que la red de distribución se prepara adecuadamente para disponer de incrementos suficientes de capacidad que permitan conectar nueva demanda y generación en todos los niveles de tensión, en un contexto regulatorio en evolución que condiciona la retribución futura de la inversión al aumento de potencia conectada. Deberá anticipar las necesidades derivadas del nuevo marco regulatorio y contribuir a la estrategia de atracción de conexiones, identificando oportunidades, facilitando la tramitación técnica y promoviendo proyectos para alcanzar los objetivos de potencia conectada exigidos por el regulador. Actuará como referente técnico en criterios de capacidad, asegurando la alineación entre los planes de inversión, las necesidades de red y los objetivos regulatorios.

Principalmente:
- Definir, actualizar y aplicar criterios técnicos para incrementar la capacidad de red, garantizando la coherencia con la normativa y los objetivos regulatorios de potencia conectada.
- Identificar y atraer nuevos proyectos de conexión, colaborando en la identificación de oportunidades y la captación activa de proyectos de demanda y generación, definiendo planes de acción y estableciendo acuerdos con stakeholders (clientes estratégicos, promotores, Administraciones y áreas internas) para maximizar la potencia conectada.
- Garantizar la coherencia entre el plan de inversión y las necesidades de potencia para conectar demanda, asegurando que las inversiones responden a las necesidades de incremento de capacidad y anticipando desajustes entre capacidad prevista y requerida.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento regulatorio y los objetivos de potencia conectada, monitorizando el cumplimiento de plazos regulatorios y el avance de la potencia conectada anual, anticipando desviaciones y proponiendo medidas correctoras para asegurar la retribución regulatoria.
- Coordinación con áreas de planificación, inversión y construcción para asegurar la coherencia entre criterios técnicos, planificación de inversiones y ejecución en obra, ajustando prioridades.
- Realizar un seguimiento integral del proceso y realizar un reporting estratégico, elaborando informes de capacidad y potencia conectada, identificando tendencias y proponiendo iniciativas para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos regulatorios y estratégicos.
- Impulsar oportunidades de mejora continua en procesos, herramientas y criterios técnicos; adaptando la operativa a las exigencias del marco regulatorio y proponiendo iniciativas que optimicen el incremento de capacidad y potencia conectada.

What you will do:

The Predictive Diagnostics Associate will support EDPR’s global fleet of generating assets. Your primary responsibilities are to detect, report, and document potential future failures in wind turbines, solar panels, or other electric systems and components using condition monitoring and data analytics. The primary data sources used by the analyst for that purpose are reliability data, vibration analyses, oil particles counters, lubrication condition data, and temperature data.

General responsibilities:

Detect failures using EDPR’s condition monitoring tools to analyze operational data.
Communicate inspection recommendations to site managers and technicians clearly and support engineering team in evaluation of such inspections/repairs.
Assess asset condition post inspection/repair using existing tools and communicate accordingly.
Create quarterly reports summarizing detections (priority, value, component, status, etc.) and update internal tools/databases with findings and results.
Manage relationships with condition monitoring vendors.
Identify new condition monitoring opportunities within EDPR's fleet and prepare business cases for their profitability. Lead project management for such opportunities.

What you will do

Role Overview:

The High Voltage Operations Lead will provide support to HV Operations Team in the areas of ongoing maintenance activities, manage improvement and new facilities integration project, and the development and interdepartmental communication. The Solar FST I will be responsible for the on-site operations, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of equipment at one of EDPR NA’s operating solar generation sites. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to completing Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), Tail Board, and job specific documentation that is required to conduct PV solar system maintenance in the safest manner possible. You will also perform inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities for compliance with EDPR policies, governmental safety guidelines, and environmental regulations.

Role Overview:

Responsible for the on-site operations, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of solar field equipment at EDPR NA’s operating solar-energy generation site. To include but not limited to completing Lock out Tag out (LOTO), Tail Board meetings, and job-specific documentation that is required to conduct solar turbine maintenance in the safest manner possible. Perform inspections of equipment, tools, and facility for compliance with EDPR policy and Governmental Safety and Environmental regulations. This person must be a self-motivated, self-starter that has the ability to work alone safely. Will require travel from the Mojave area to the Lucerne valley regularly.

Main responsibilities:

-Ensure proper operation and maintenance of solar field equipment and associated solar plant components, including inverters, tracker systems, transformers, substations, and switchgear
-Proactively look for improvement opportunities to job-appropriate processes and procedures and communicate through appropriate channels or implement improvements using the appropriate control management protocol
-Read schematics in order to troubleshoot complicated mechanical, and electrical, problems with investors, tracker control systems, PV panels, and components

What you will do

Responsible for facilitating training requirements such as tasked based certifications, safety training, and compliance training

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of wind turbines and associated wind plant equipment including substation and tower switchgear

Proactively look for improvement opportunities to job appropriate processes and procedures

Effectively gather information regarding turbine performance/issues. May diagnose, recommend, and implement solutions up to intermediate routine issues.

High Voltage Technician (Carnegie, OK, US)

What you will do

Role Overview:

The High Voltage Technician will provide electrical, high voltage (HV), and substation emergency response to operating wind farms across the Company with a primary focus in an assigned region. You will lead maintenance, service, and repair of HV assets in conjunction with other technicians and HV Reliability Engineers.

Main responsibilities:

Monitor and provide electrical, high-voltage, and substation support to operating wind farms in an assigned region, including 24/7 on-call support
Perform testing, repairs, switching, and construction activities as requested
Provide technical expertise for commissioning, start-up, and initial operating activities
Maintain HV spare parts inventory and warehouse
Perform HV switching of step-up transformers, feeder breakers, gang-operated switches, and other related components
Operate heavy machinery such as bucket/line trucks, forklifts, aerial lifts, and overhead cranes
Analyze and report on infrared inspections, battery maintenance, and dielectric oil and SF6 sampling
Lead substation maintenance via Orders to Operate (OTOs) and outage planning
Perform substation and transmission inspections in accordance with NERC compliance requirements
Work closely with site Operations Managers to ensure day-to-day reliability
Serve as the first responder for emergency and routine repairs on HV equipment, including transmission lines, HV cable terminations, and splices
Provide remote HV support to the HV Reliability Engineers for complex troubleshooting, component testing, and proof checking
Ensure adherence to all pertinent HV OSHA safety requirements
Provide detailed written reports to management including root cause analyses
Maintain HV vehicle in ready-to-respond order
Perform critical HV test equipment calibrations

Role Overview:

The HV Technician II will provide electrical, high-voltage (HV), and substation emergency response to operating wind farms across the Company with a primary focus in an assigned zone. What you will do

Role Overview:

It is necessary for this person to be a self-motivator who can lead a team to conduct small corrective repairs and execute EDPR’s solar maintenance strategy.

Main responsibilities:

-Ensure proper operation and maintenance of solar field equipment and associated solar plant components including inverters, tracker systems, transformers, PV panels, substations, switchgears, access roads, fences, and security systems
-Supervise a team of 1 to 4 technicians to execute preventative and corrective maintenance
-Proactively look for improvement opportunities to job-appropriate processes and procedures and communicate through appropriate channels to implement improvements using the Management of Change Protocols
-Read schematics in order to troubleshoot complicated mechanical and electrical, problems with inverters, tracker control systems, PV panels, and components
-Perform mechanical and electrical component repair and replacement of parts to correct malfunctions in accordance with all pertinent manufacturers' requirements
-Effectively gather information regarding solar performance/issues
-Diagnose, recommend, and implement solutions up to intermediate routine issues
-Seek assistance when encountering issues outside the trained skill level to ensure success in the resolution
-Comply with all pertinent environmental health and safety programs
-Act as a safety role model by encouraging and recognizing others completing safe acts and intervening when unsafe acts are being practiced
-Identify gaps in safety standards and safety risks in the environment
-Implement effective risk mitigation and provide recommendations to higher-level technical staff and management
-Promote integrity, strong initiative, and a no-compromise focus on safety and quality of work on a continuous basis
-Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with OEM maintenance manuals
-Perform data collection and prepare reports in order to meet reporting requirements
-Work with and respond to EDPRs Remote Operations Control Center when necessary
-Perform QA/QC inspections in accordance with applicable SOP
-Ensure that reliable electronic communication is maintained between the solar field, substation, site office, and home office

-Document all work performed using computer-based service reporting procedures (SAP)

Responsibilities

1) Commercial Origination & Negotiation

Proactively develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective offtakers, originating high-quality PPA opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
Drive quantitative analyses to determine pricing and risk exposure in coordination with Energy Management, M&A, and Business Development teams to align on deal structuring, valuation, and project readiness for FID.
Prepare commercial materials to effectively showcase EDP projects to clients.

Role Summary:

In this role, you will support the team in managing project sites and ensuring smooth project execution. You will be involved in site permitting, testing & commissioning, QA/QC activities, and the monitoring of daily housekeeping and safety compliance on site.

Cross-Functional Asset & O&M Support
