SENIOR MANAGER, TALENT ACQUISITION

Leading a 2-member team, this candidate is the go-to Talent Acquisition Advisor for EDPR-Sunseap APAC region.  He/she enables the hiring of top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner, besides proactively facilitating employer branding, talent sourcing & scouting, vendor management; advises HRBPs and BUs on best hiring strategies in each segment / country to optimise business outcomes.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop, lead and execute recruitment plans and pipelines to attract talent
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process and experience, end-to-end
  • Implement efficient and up-to-date solutions and methodologies to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Drive strategy for direct sourcing, employee referrals, internal mobility and agency channels, including full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  • Leverage and optimise on both internal and external channels/e-platforms (LinkedIn, social media) to meet hiring needs
  • Network and outreach to related industry’s institutions / associations; ITEs, Polys, Universities’ Career Centres and related studies programmes
  • Lead and manage all external sourcing vendors relationship to value-add for EDPR-Sunseap, both tangibly and intangibly
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, programmes and initiatives for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
  • Promote diverse & inclusive hiring practices
  • Represent EDPR-Sunseap with the respective Govt agencies on all Govt-related funding and sourcing initiatives such as SGUnited, Job Matching Initiatives etc
  • Perform data analytics on hiring and exit statistics to position EDPR-Sunseap Talent Strategy
  • Together with HRBPs, actively engage BUs to understand positions to be hired; hence acting as an advisor on hiring strategy, JDs drafting with branding in mind
  • Understand business complexities and implement sourcing strategies for niche roles
  • Drive efficiency and improve candidate and hiring manager experience

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Human Resource, Psychology, or equivalent majors
  • At least 5 years of relevant, full-cycle talent acquisition experience at all levels (from Technical to Senior Executive hiring) in a fast-paced & dynamic environment, proven experience in similar industries would be an advantage
  • Proven experience as talent acquisition leader, in recruiting, sourcing and employment branding, with an in-depth understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Excellent communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills; both internal and external, across all levels & regionally
  • High IT literacy & creativity to leverage on e-platforms & channels; as well perform data analytics
  • Keep abreast with the market on all hiring platforms, tools, outreach strategies, regionally
  • Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence
