LEGAL INTERN

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
You will have the opportunity to support the Legal team in the following main areas of activity:
- Drafting real Estate contracts (i.e. surface, lease, other agreements with landowners)
- Corporate legal (i.e. drafting minutes of the board and general meetings, powers of attorney)
- Support in Mark-up of all types of contracts with focus on financing agreements, service, EPC, O&M and asset management contracts as well as Non-Disclosure Agreements, guarantees
- Assistance in the authorization procedures of plants powered by renewable sources (with specific regard to photovoltaic and wind plants)
- Administrative support in Due diligence for acquisitions, financing or joint ventures of companies operating in the renewable energy sector
REQUIREMENTS
Student in Law from an Italian or European university.
Excellent interpersonal skills and appetite for collaboration and problem solving.
Fluent in English.
Fluency in Spanish would be an asset.
