The OP Associate has the function of support the management of the outstanding projects in the Corporate Technical Direction of EDPR. These specific projects are one of the priorities of the Company by EDPR Senior Management. In addition, could coordinate outstanding project teams formed by frontline personnel (Internal or External) for each case.




The coordination function includes the following tasks:

1-    Provide support and/or coordination, in the development and management in each specific outstanding project.
2-    Directly support to Head of OPM to supervise the companies owned by EDPR that will take part in the outstanding projects.
3-    Ensure interaction and alignments with the outstanding projects at EDPR level and with other Companies in the Group.
4-    Provide support to EDPR BUs and Partners activities in all the geographies.
5-    Provide support to EDPI and Innovation Ecosystem activities in all the geographies.
6-    Benchmarking and reporting.
7-    Support the communication plan of the outstanding Projects






•    Master Engineer



•    > 5 years of work experience in Development & Management International Projects.
•    Visible Technical Background.



•    Agile Project Management Methodology. 



•    Ability to read, write and speak Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently.



•    High adaptability to change.
•    Leadership skills with ability to mobilize internal/external people.
•    Ability to work autonomously.
•    Decision making in the absence or scarcity of available information.
•    Results oriented.
