MISSION
The mission of the Project and Planning Execution Office team is to effectively manage and oversee large, complex projects across the APAC, NA, and Europe regions as well as RGA platform. This team aims to ensure strategic alignment and collaboration among RGA teams and leadership, facilitating seamless communication and change management with stakeholders. By optimizing resource usage and leveraging synergies, the team will establish clear Digital Roadmaps tailored to each region. Ultimately, the mission includes standardizing project management capabilities through training and support for all PMOs within RGA and its regions, fostering a unified approach to project execution.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Ensure platform investment control & application driven by value creation and carry out the annual budgeting process and control, reporting and cost-benefit development for major initiatives to ensure value creation.
- Work with Platform/Regional leaders to develop and align strategic technology plans that support overall business goals.
- Support and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of technology solutions implemented for the Platform/Region
- Prepare the periodic Business Reviews with Platform/Region Lead and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure close alignment between the Platform teams & management and delivery teams, to understand its strategy, goals, operations, and challenges.
- Follow up on strategic initiatives within the platform/regions.
REQUIRED PROFILE;
- ACADEMIC LEVEL
Degree from a top University
- REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Have professional experience in IT, Program Management and/or Project Management of at least 3 years.
Have led end to end programs across different phases and managed portfolios and roadmaps in large multinationals with a global scope and complex environments.
Highly valuable previous experience in consulting
- SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of communication and collaboration tools/channels
Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
Experience in Jira & Confluence
- LANGUAGES
English fluent
Portuguese and Spanish highly appreciated.
