Data & AI Governance Specialist
The DGU RGA IT OT Data & AI Mgmt is looking to recruit a Data & AI Governance Specialist.

What you will do:
- Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation for all data & AI governance initiatives, changes, and implementations;
- Work closely with Data Owners to define data governance standards and policies;
- Supports and coaches Data Owners and Stewarts on data governance principles and standards and ensures proficiency in Data Management tools;
- Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the data strategy defined for the various Data, Reporting and Analytics components, as well as prototyping data processes, solutions within RGA with the aim of supporting the business through advice and recommendations based on analysis;
- Responsible for the delivery, support and maintenance of the RGA Data & Analytics Platforms and Applications;
- Ensure close alignment with company strategy and Architecture to ensure technology strategy alignment.

What are we looking for:
- Degree or master's in Engineering or others relevant to the role;
- Data Associate with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT (preferrable experience in consulting);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn;
- Fluent in English.
