EDP is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst.

 

What you will do:

  • Monitor validation and provisioning processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze exceptions and identify anomalous patterns in energy data, classifying and categorizing scenarios- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures
  • Develop algorithms to support the team's business operations

What are we looking for

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes
  • Experience working with data validation, data quality, or operational processes (preferably in data-intensive environments)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar)
  • Ability to develop and implement algorithms or automated solutions to support business operations
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency
  • Experience in the energy sector or familiarity with energy data processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Autonomy and ownership of tasks, with a results-driven mindset
