In the role, you will assist the DG Assets Operation team to maintain work excellence and contribute to the improvement of our assets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement basic, routine payment process, including but not limited to reviewing the drafted invoice, collecting payment application documentation, submission of payment order to the internal system. 
  • Implement requests for payment on the internal system, including creating vendor accounts, due diligence, creating Purchase Request/Purchase Order, processing invoices. 
  • Prepare final payment application 
  • Support to provide contractual & basic technical information to functional teams (i.e Finance & Accounting, etc.) 
  • Arrange meetings and conferences, schedule appointments, and perform other duties related to coordination with stakeholders (functional team, vendors, roof owners, EVN). 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders regarding payment status and build and maintain positive work relationships to foster consistency in contractor billing practices. 
  • Draft a response letter to stakeholders (vendors, partners, roof owners, authorities). 
  • Prepare regularly scheduled reports, meeting minutes, and other project documents and archive them accordingly. 
  • Update, maintain and coordinate procedures & policies relating to the Company’s business. 
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms. 
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, binding, and scanning; prepare photocopies and facsimiles, and operate various office equipment.
  • Perform a wide variety of typing assignments that are sometimes confidential in nature; operate a computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials.
  • Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail(s)/letter(s). - Use good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages (Calls, emails) on time. 
  • Establish, prepare, and organize documentation, develop, and maintain a filing system, including files, records, certificates, and/or other documents. 
  • Support executives and managers to handle requests and queries. 
  • Perform other tasks as may be required by managers.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduated with economic or technical bachelor’s degree. 
  • Fluent in business English.
  • Knowledge of MS application. 
  • Knowledge of POs, PO Revisions, etc. a plus.  
  • Have experience with all office equipment and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willingness to adapt to new knowledge. 
  • Time Management & Communication Skills 
  • Ability to take initiatives 
  • Willingness to go the extra miles
